INGREDIENTS
1/4 | c | Melted butter |
2 | T | Honey |
1 | T | Minced parsley |
1 | T | Grated lemon rind |
4 | Scotch lamb chops |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine butter, honey, parsley & lemon rind; brush 1/2 of mixture on lamb. Broil chops 3-4" from heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn & brush with remaining honey mixture; broil 5-7 minutes longer.
