Scrambled Eggs with Calendula Petals

8 Eggs
6 tb Milk
1 pn Nutmeg
Salt and pepper
2 tb Butter
5 Calendula flowers; petals only; rinsed and chopped
4 sl English muffins; buttered
Grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings.  Melt butter in a skillet and
scramble the eggs.  Stir in the chopped petals.  Mound eggs on top of
buttered muffin halves and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
