When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged.

Seared Filet Mignon

INGREDIENTS

6 sl Filet Mignon,, each about 1/2 pound
Salt and pepper
1/3 c (6 tablespoons) butter
1 1/2 tb Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Season the Filet Mignons with salt and pepper. Combine the butter and oil
in a large saute pan over high heat. When the pan is hot and foam has
subsided, add the beef. Sear for three minutes per side for rare. Transfer
to a warm platter Yield: 6 servings
