INGREDIENTS

2 Chickens cut in eights or 8
breasts cut in halves I
skin the chicken but the
recipe doesn't indicate

way or the other
1 1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Apple juice concentrate
undiluted
1/4 c Brandy
1/4 c Sesame seeds
1/2 c Wheat germ
1 c Flour
1 t Garlic powder
1 Onion soup mix
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: Jewish Living (Tishre/Cheshvan 5740) This was a suggestion for
something a little different for Rosh Hashanah.  Mix honey, apple
juice, brandy. Dip chicken pieces in mix and then in  mixture of sesame
seeds, wheat germ, flour and seasonings. Put coated  chicken in
nonstick sprayed pan and bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 1/2  hours.
