INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Tamari soy sauce
1/4 c Rice vinegar
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t Honey
1/2 c Light sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl or jar, mix soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, honey, oil. Add salt,
pepper. Serve with Asian greens, meat or poultry, or as desired.  Makes
one cup.  Nutritional data per tablespoon: Calories, 64; protein, 0.5
gram;  carbohydrates, 0.6 gram; fat, 7 grams; cholesterol, none;
