INGREDIENTS

150 g Prawns
1 T White wine
1 T Oyster sauce
1/2 T Fish sauce
1 T Flour
1/2 t Sugar
Black pepper
Garlic pepper
Sesame seeds
1 Slice white bread
Oil for deep frying

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind all the ingredients except the oil and bread into a paste.
Remove the crusts from the bread (optional).  With a spatula, spread
the mixture on the bread and sprinkle some  sesame seeds over the top.
