1/4 c Oil
1/2 ts Ground pepper
1/4 c Lemon juice
Garlic dip (recipe follows)

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. To make marinade: Peel garlic and mash with
salt. Add pepper and allspice; stir in lemon juice and oil. Pour over
chicken; refrigerate and marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Place chicken
on skewers and barbecue over medium hot heat, for 10 to 15 minutes, turning
often, or place under a preheated broiler until chicken is cooked through.
