INSTRUCTIONS
In medium bowl combine cream cheese and shrimp w/garlic powder. Take 1/2
tsp mixture put in tortilla half, folding into an envelope like a burrito,
deep fry for about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown serve hot.
