Shrimp And Spinach In Creamy Garlic/

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Shrimp
3 T Butter
3 T Olive oil
3 T Garlic, chopped
20 Spinach leaves, fresh
1/2 pt Cream, heavy
1/2 pt Half and half
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz Pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

Shell and devein the shrimp. Leave them whole. Melt butter in olive
oil and add shrimp and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Clean the spinach
well and take off all stems. Add to the shrimp and saute 2 minutes.
Add cream and half and half and bring just to a boil. Take off heat.
Toss with pasta and serve hot. ***You may add grated cheese if you
like. I do even though most Italians don't add cheese with fish.
***You may add more garlic and/or spinach if you like. It's a  personal
