Shrimp-cheese Strata

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 c Dairy sour cream
1 T Lemon juice
2 t Curry powder
1/4 t Salt
4 1/4 oz Tiny shrimp, rinsed and
drained
1 Hard-cooked egg, chopped
3 T Finely chopped green onions
with tops
Flatbread

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt.
Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg;
sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread. 3 cups spread; 25
