INSTRUCTIONS
Slice unpeeled potatoes 1/4 inch thick. Steam for 10 minutes or until
tender. Melt butter and add parsley, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in a
shallow dish, pour butter mixture over, and serve immediately. Yield: 4
servings.
