Sirloin with Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

1 2 lb. sirloin steak, all fat removed
1/4 c Teriyaki sauce
1 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Beef broth

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate steak in teriyaki sauce and spices overnight, covered tightly or
in a food storage bag.  Heat skillet to 400°.
Add steak, reserving marinade. Sear for 5 minutes on each side. Add
mushrooms and stir them until they are slightly browned, about 2 minutes
more.  Add leftover marinade and broth. Heat until boiling and serve topped
with additional black pepper, if desired. Yield: 4 servings. Source: Garlic
