Heat oven to 450 degrees put raisins to soak in milk beat egg white a
little to froth. mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Pat into a well
greased small skillet (about 6 inches). Bake about 12 minutes. cut into
wedge-shaped pieces. serve hot with butter. Lei, Bronx, NY USA
