Slow-cooker Barbecued Pork And Beans

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Boneless pork, cut into
1-inch cube well trimmed
1 c Red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1 Barbecue sauce, 18 oz
2 Baked beans, 16 oz each

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix pork, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the barbecue sauce in a
3-quart or larger slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours or on
low for 8-10 hours until pork is  very tender. Stir in remaining
barbecue sauce and the drained beans.  Makes enough for 2 dinners.
Good spooned over corn bread, and served  with a green salad.  Source:
