Smoked Fillet Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 lb (2 cups) smoked fillets
3 md Potatoes
1 md Onion; sliced
1/2 ts Salt
1 Cu medium white sauce
1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe By : Ted Dahlen "Smoke Seafood"
Cut fish into cubes. Boil potatoes in skins for 20 minutes or until
partially cooked. Peel and slice. In a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole, place
layers, alternating potatoes, fish, onion and salt. Begin and end with a
layer of potatoes.
Pour on white sauce and top with grated cheese. Bake in a moderate oven
(350 ) for 30 minutes or until fish and potatoes are cooked.
