INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe By : Ted Dahlen "Smoke Seafood"
Break fish into small pieces. Beat eggs slightly and add milk and fish.
Pour into hot frying pan, containing fat and stir slowly until cooked.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
