1/4 c Thinly-sliced artichoke bottoms
1 tb Chopped parsley
1 ts Chopped fresh thyme
1 1/2 tb Chopped red bell pepper
1 tb Olive oil
1 ts Lemon juice
Bayou Blast – {Emeril's Creole Seasoning}; see * Note

INSTRUCTIONS

* Note: See the "Bayou Blast - {Emeril's Creole Seasoning}" recipe which is
included in this collection.
Combine the ingredients, season with Bayou Blast, and set aside. This
recipe yields 1 cup of relish.
