Smoked Pheasant

INGREDIENTS

1 1-Gallon ziplock bag
2 Cleaned Pheasant
1 18oz bottle Italian dressing
1/4 c Worcheshire sauce
1/2 c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients in ziplock bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three
days would not hurt.
Place on smoker until done.
