Smoked Salmon And Prawn Pasta

INGREDIENTS

250 g Pasta bows; (8oz)
25 g Butter; (1oz)
4 Salad onions; sliced
75 g Prawns; (3oz)
1/2 Lemon; juice of
1 tb Freshly chopped dill
142 ml Double cream or creme fraiche; (1/4 pint)
125 g Smoked salmon; cut into strips
; (4oz)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To garnish : fresh sprig dill; lemon slices

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the onions and cook for 2 minutes. Stir
in the prawns, lemon juice and dill.
3. Drain the pasta, add to the prawns and stir in the double cream or creme
fraiche, salmon and seasoning to taste. Cook for 2 minutes until heated
through thoroughly.
4. Transfer to a warmed serving plate and garnish with the dill and lemon
slices.
