Smoked Salmon Or Tuna Spread

INGREDIENTS

1 Tuna or salmon

INSTRUCTIONS

For sandwiches that are a real treat, drain the liquid from canned
salmon or canned tuna.  Place in a greased baking dish that will fit
easily into your smoker.  Flake fish with a fork, spreading it out
over the dish. Place in a preheated smoker and smoke for one hour or
the time it takes for the fuel to exhaust itself.  Remove from  smoker,
drain excess oil, and allow to cool.  Prepare your favorite sandwich
