Smoked Turkey-and-watercress Pitas With Brown Mustard Sau

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
2 T Spicy hot mustard
2 Pita bread rounds, cut in
half
4 Smoked turkey breast
8 Unpeeled tomato
1/4-inch-thick
1 c Loosely packed trimmed
watercress
1/2 c Shredded lowfat, low-sodium
swiss cheese 2 ounces

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard
sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey
slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle
with 2 tablespoons cheese. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita
half).  Per serving: 192 Calories; 3g Fat (11% calories from fat); 15g
Protein; 29g Carbohydrate; 14mg Cholesterol; 626mg Sodium  Recipe by:
