Smokey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Fine cracker crumbs
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk
2 tb Salad oil
1 Bottle (18-oz) smoky style barbecue sauce
1 c Cold water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix lightly all ingredients except oil, barbecue sauce & water. Shape into
meatballs about the size of walnuts and brown on all sides in hot oil. Mix
barbecue sauce & water, place meatballs into sauce & simmer for 15 minutes.
Yields about 8 dozen meatballs.
