Snapper And Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

4 Red snapper fillets
1 c Seasoned flour
2 T Vegetable oil
2 T Melted butter
12 Shrimp, peeled deveined
And cut in 1/2-in angle
2 T Capers
1 Lemon, peeled seeded and
Thinly sliced
2 T Slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 150 F. Dredge snapper in flour. Heat oil in a large
frying pan and add fillets. cook 3-4 minutes each sdide dependind on
size, over medium heat. season when turning fillets over. Remove
fillets from pan and keep hot in oven. Add butter and shrimp to pan.
Season and add all remaining ingredients; cook 3 minutes over medium
heat. Remove red snapper from oven and serve with shrimp. Submitted  By
