INGREDIENTS

4 up to
6 c Parboiled noodles
1 t Peanut oil
4 T Oil
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Soft-fry the noodles as in "Soft-Fried Noodles". Set them aside.
Prepare any of the stir-fried mixtuxes listed below. Remove half the
stir-fried mixture from the pan and set aside. Return noodles to pan
and mix gently with remaining mixture. Then return the other half of
the stir-fried mixture; gently blend in with the noodles and serve.
