Sole With Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

4 Sole fillets, about 4 oz.
each
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 c 2 Oz. Sargento Classic
Supreme or Fancy Shredded
Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 c 1 oz. Sargento Fancy
Supreme Shredded Parmesan
Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Place fillets in lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle
salt, pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes over fillets. Cover and bake at
325øF 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Uncover; sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Let stand,
covered, about 3 minutes until cheeses are melted.  Posted to
