INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare potatoes following package directions but using only 2 cups milk.
Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir until creamy and
blended. Add bacon bits and scallions. Add salt and pepper to taste. For
dryer potatoes, reduce milk by 1/3 cup.
