INSTRUCTIONS

is a combination of sourdough and whole wheat, enhanced with the  nutty
flavor of sesame seeds.  Serve it warm with any soup or salad.  NOTES:
1. For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for  the 1 1/2
pound loaf. 2.  For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 3/4 cup of  warm water
for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS: For 1 1/2  lb. loaf -
total calories 2019, total protein 70 gm, total  carbohydrates 337 gm,
total fat 48 gm, total saturated fat 7 gm,  total cholesterol 213 mg,
