INGREDIENTS

1 tb Cornstarch
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Cider vinegar
3/4 c Chicken broth or water
1 cn (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c Pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 c Maraschino cherries, drained and halved

INSTRUCTIONS

I found some recipes in the 4-9-97 edition of The Clarion-Ledger that you
might enjoy.
Combine cornstarch, salt and thyme in small saucepan; mix well. Combine
honey, vinegar and broth; mix well. Stir honey mixture into cornstarch
mixture; cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add drained
fruits; heat and stir gently about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
