God’s Providence is always executed in the ‘wisest manner’ possible. We are often unable to see and understand the reasons and causes for specific events in our lives, in the lives of others, or in the history of the world. But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God.

Southern Style Baked Pork Chop

INGREDIENTS

6 Pork chops; thick, centercut
2 tb Oil
2 md Onions; sliced
1/2 c Uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cn (28-oz) tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chops in oil. Place in baking dish and cover with onion. Sprinkle
rice over chops; add salt and pepper. Cover with tomatoes and bake,
covered, at 300 for 2 hours.
