INGREDIENTS

2 lb Southern; (Country Style) pork ribs (up to 3)
1 c Ketchup
2 c Water
1 ts Chile powder
1/2 ts Tabasco

INSTRUCTIONS

Put ribs in small roaster or baking dish. Bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off accumulated fat. Mix together ketchup, water, chile powder, and
tabasco. Pour over ribs. Return to oven for another 1 1/2 hours or until
tender. The meat usually separates from the bone when done.
This is a goodie! Of course you can add more chile powder or tabasco if you
like it hotter!
