Southwestern Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

1 tb Olive oil
4 Pork rib chops
1 c Salsa
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/4 c Monterey Jack cheese; shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season pork
chops with salt and pepper to taste. Saut. pork chops 2 minutes per side.
Add salsa and cumin. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover skillet and simmer
6-7 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout. Spoon sauce over pork and
sprinkle with cheese.
