Soy-ginger Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
2 T Water
1 T Peeled, julienned
gingerroot soaked in ice
water
3 cup sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and  serve.
This sauce will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator,  without the
gingerroot. Add the gingerroot when ready to serve. This  recipe yields
