Spaghetti Salad With Balsamic Dressing

INGREDIENTS

SALAD
8 oz Uncooked spaghetti, broken
into thirds
6 Green onions, cut into 1/4
inch pieces
4 Italian plum tomatoes, cut
in half lengthwise
sliced
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, diced
1 cup
DRESSING
1/4 c Olive oil
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Dried basil leaves
1/4 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain;
rinse in cold water to cool.  In medium bowl, combine cooked spaghetti
and all remaining salad  ingredients.  In small bowl, combine all
dressing ingredients; blend well. Add to  salad; toss to coat.  Serve
immediately, or cover and refrigerate  until serving time.  Yield: 8
