INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the spaghetti as per the pack instructions then drain.
Gently heat the oil and garlic together and mix in with the spaghetti.
Top with the parmesan shavings just before serving.
Notes Flaked canned tuna, fried pancetta or spicy sausage can be added to
this dish.
