INGREDIENTS

1 cn Spam luncheon meat – (12 oz); cubed
1/3 c Chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c Chopped onion
2 tb Butter or margarine
6 Eggs
2 c Milk
1 tb All-purpose flour
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly-ground black pepper
2 pk Frozen whole kernel corn; thawed, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large skillet, saute Spam, bell pepper and onion in butter until
tender. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, sugar, salt and black
pepper. Add Spam mixture and corn. Pour into a greased 12- by 8-inch baking
dish. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
