| 1 | cn | Tomatoes(8oz) |

| 3 | Eggs,well beaten | |
| 2 | tb | Hot pepper sauce |

| Grated cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In medium skillet, brown onion in butter; stir in tomatoes, salt, hot sauce and eggs. 2. When mixture is cooked, pour over crackers and sprinkle with grated cheese.
