Lentil Spaghetti Sauce is one of Spencer Christian's favorite recipes. This
special sauce combines the ideals of his healthy lifestyle and his love for
Italian food.
Saute onion and garlic in oil. When tender, add other ingredients. Simmer
45 minutes. Serve over 2 ounces of pasta.
