Spiced Cranberry Orange Mold

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 pk (8-serving size) or 2 packages (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Cranberry Flavor Gelatin; or any red flavor
1 cn (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c Cold water
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1 Orange; sectioned, diced
1/2 c Chopped walnuts nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Since its earliest days, ]ELL-O gelatin has been used as a "table jelly" to
accompany meat and poultry. It is still prized for its delicious flavor and
"delightful cooling quality." No holiday dinner should be without this !
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice,
cinnamon and cloves. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened
(spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
STIR in orange and walnuts. Spoon into 5-cup mold.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 10
servings.
