2 T Soy sauce
1 T Sherry
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/4 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Ground cloves
1/4 t Ground anise

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince garlic; then combine with remaining ingredients. Rub into pork
