Spicy Apple Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Yogurt
2 T Orange Juice
2 T Sugar
1/2 t Ground Cinnamon
1/8 t Ground Nutmeg
2 c Rome Apples, Coarsely
Chopped
1 1/2 c Shredded Cabbage
1 c Shredded Red Cabbage
1 Granny Smith Apple, Coarsely
Chopped
2 T Chopped Walnuts, Optional
1 T Dried Currants

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved; set aside.  Combine
slaw ingredients; toss with dressing. Chill 30 minutes before  serving.
