Spicy Fruit Salsa

INGREDIENTS

1 Mango; peeled and cut into
; 1/2-inch dice
1 Papaya; peeled, seeded, and
; cut into 1/2-inch
; dice
1 pt Strawberries; hulled and
; quartered
2 tb Sugar
1 Red serrano or jalapeno chili; seeded and minced
; (wear rubber
; gloves)
2 tb Minced fresh mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl stir together the mango, the papaya, the strawberries, the sugar,
and the chili, let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, and stir in the mint.
Serve the salsa with grilled chicken or fish.
Makes about 2 cups.
