INGREDIENTS

275	g	Mixed; unsalted nuts (eg.

		; walnuts, almonds)
		; (10oz)
1	tb	Oil
2	ts	Schwartz Garam Masala
1/2	ts	Schwartz Mild Chili Powder
1/2	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat the oven to 200oC, 400oF, Gas Mark 6.
Place the nuts in a roasting tin and stir in the oil, spices and salt. Bake
for 10-12 minutes, turning once half way through cooking. Allow to cool
before serving.
