Spicy Nut And Raisin Mix

INGREDIENTS

2 T Peanut oil
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 c Unblanched almonds
2/3 c Pine nuts
2/3 c Unsalted cashews
2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 t Chile powder
1 t Cayenne
1 1/3 c Thin pretzel sticks, broken
in 1" pieces
1 c Seedless raisins
1 t Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large cast iron skillet, over a medium heat, warm the oil. Add
the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add the almonds, pine nuts, and
cashews. Add the Worcestershire sauce, chile powder, and cayenne. Mix
well.  Stir in the pretzels and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring
constantly.  Remove from the heat. Add the raisins and salt. Mix well.
Turn the  mixture into a serving dish and cool.  Yield: about 4 cups
