Spicy Peanut Sauce For Vegetables

3 T Peanut butter
2 T Water, or enough to
Make a pourable sauce), Make a pourable sauce
1 T Vinegar
1 t Soy sauce
1 t Sugar
Some grated fresh ginger
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/8 t Chili powder flakes
1 c Creamy peanut butter
1 T Brown sugar
1 T Soy sauce
1 T Milk
Peanuts, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine and blend until smooth.  In a small skillet, heat peanut
butter. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and  milk. Mix to a thick paste over
medium heat. Transfer to serving dish.  Sprinkle peanuts over peanut
butter mixture.  Per serving: 366 Calories (kcal); 25g Total Fat; (58%
