Spicy Peanut Sauce for Vegetables

3 tb Peanut butter
2 tb Water; (or enough to
Make a pourable sauce)
1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Sugar
Some grated fresh ginger
1 sm Clove garlic; crushed
1/8 ts Chili powder flakes
1 c Creamy peanut butter
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Milk
Peanuts; optional

INSTRUCTIONS

PEANUT SAUCE
Combine and blend until smooth.
In a small skillet, heat peanut butter. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and
milk. Mix to a thick paste over medium heat. Transfer to serving dish.
Sprinkle peanuts over peanut butter mixture.
