Spicy Rice (maggi)

INGREDIENTS

2 T Butter
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 c Long grain rice
1 t Chicken Stock Powder
1/2 t Finely grated lemon rind
1/2 t Ground nutmeg
2 1/2 c Boiling water

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Add the onion and cook for 2
minutes. Stir in the rice and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.  Add the
remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil, then cover and  simmer over a
very low heat for 20 minutes or until the rice is  cooked and the
