Spicy Shredded Cabbage with Cumin

INGREDIENTS

1 tb Corn oil
4 tb Butter
1/2 ts Crushed coriander seeds
1/2 ts White cumin seeds
6 Dried chillies
1 sm Savoy cabbage, shredded
12 Mange-tout (snow peas)
3 Fresh red chillies, seeded
And sliced
12 Baby corn cobs
Salt, to taste
25 g Flaked)slivered almonds
Toasted
1 tb Chopped fresh corinder

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat the oil and butter in a deep round-bottomed frying pan or wok and
add the crushed coriander seeds, white cumin seeds and dried red chillies.
2.Add the shredded cabbage and snow-peas and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
3.Finally add the fresh red chillies, baby corn cobs and salt, and fry for
a further 3 minutes.
4. Garnish with the toasted almonds and fresh coriander and serve hot.
