Spicy Shrimp Shake-in-a-bag Mix

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Medium-Size Shrimp, peeled
1 c Healthy Bread Crumbs, index
1 c Flour
4 t Onion Powder
2 t Chili Powder
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t Basil
1/2 t Thyme
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Paprika
1/4 t Cayenne Pepper
4 T Butter, melted
1 T Tangy Mustard or Dijon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375^ degrees. 2. Drop the shrimp into a paper bag
filled with the crumbs, flour, and spices. Shake the bag to coat the
shrimp, and arrange shrimp in a shallow baking pan. 3. Combine the
butter and mustard and dribble the mixture over the shrimp. Bake for
20 minutes.
