INGREDIENTS

1 tb Olive oil
1 sm Green bell pepper; chopped fine
1 sm Onion; chopped fine
2/3 c Bottled cayenne pepper sauce; such as Durkee
; RedHot
2/3 c Fresh orange juice
1/4 c Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small saucepan heat oil over moderate heat until hot but not smoking
and cook bell pepper and onion, stirring occasionally, until softened and
golden. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes, or until slightly
thickened.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
