Spicy Tartar Sauce For Seafood

INGREDIENTS

1 c Sour cream
1 c Mayonnaise
2 Garlic, cloves crushed
1/4 c Parsley, finely chopped
1 t Salt
3 T Sweet pickle relish
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Tarragon, freshly chopped
OR 1 ts dried tarragon
1 t Dry mustard
1 t Paprika
1/2 t Tabasco sauce
1 t Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and blend well.  Serve as a dipping sauce for
shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.  Posted
